Please Note: When you checkout, you will first be asked for your Bill To Information. Fill this out with your information and click Next. This takes you to the second page of the Checkout where you can select a Shipping Address to provide information about your gift recipient. On this page press the link for "Add a New Address." The page will refresh providing space for you to input the name, address, phone number and email address of the person receiving the gift subscription. When done, press the "Add Shipping Address" button and continue checking out. NOTE that If you are ordering multiple gift subscriptions, this is best done at the end of the Checkout process on the Order Review page. There is a box at the bottom of the Order Review page where you can provide names and email addresses for additional recipients. Also use this box for any personal message you would like to send the recipient.
