Happy (almost) New Year – and happy Seventh Day of Christmastide! Here at Forward Movement, we have a lot to be thankful for as we look back on the past year. We’ve celebrated our 90th anniversary, launched a new website, and received gifts that have allowed us to grow.

All these accomplishments may satisfy and delight us (as the Prayer Book says) but most importantly, they enable us to do the work God has given us to do, to inspire disciples and empower evangelists across the church. Looking at the most-read and most-shared Forward Today messages from this year, I’m getting excited all over again. Excited for growing churches – for faithful colleagues – and finally for all of you who support our ministry.

Thanks for your prayers and witness this year. See you in 2026!

Yours faithfully,

Margaret Ellsworth
